我从来没想过会在一部喜剧片里听到这么有哲理的话. 而且配上那个语调,很沉重.

那天boss的boss的boss来北京做演讲,他提到，如果我们整天昏昏沉沉的不做改变,某天醒来发现整个世界都变了.

Senator: Person behind arrest of hijacker's bro 'liable'
参议员：命令抓绑匪兄弟的人是有责任的

A senator on Thursday said the person who ordered the arrest of the brother of the hostage-taker should be made liable for the bloody end in Monday’s hostage crisis in Manila.
一个参议员在周四说下令抓捕绑匪兄弟的人应该为周一发生在马尼拉的惨案负责。

Senator Ramon Bong Revilla Jr. said the hostage-taker, dismissed Senior Inspector Rolando Mendoza, became more agitated than he already was when he saw his brother, SPO2 Gregorio Mendoza, being arrested.

"Sinuman nag-order nun dapat managot (Whoever ordered the arrest should be made liable)," the Senator said.

Manila Police District Police (MPD) Chief Supt. Rodolfo Magtibay told the senators on Thursday’s hearing that Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim reportedly ordered the arrest.

Magtibay also said SPO2 Mendoza was arrested because he was suspected of "conspiring" with his brother, who held hostage 21 Hong Kong tourists and four Filipinos.

Revilla also asked why the police did not give in to the demands of the hostage-taker.

Hostage-taker Mendoza demanded for his reinstatement to police service and a review of his case with the Ombudsman, among others.

Mendoza was relieved due to charges of extortion, illegal arrest, and misconduct.

At the hearing, Senate president Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada noted that it was also Mayor Lim who recommended Mendoza's relief from service.

On Thursday, the Senate conducted a joint hearing on the hostage fiasco. The senators grilled Philippine National Police (PNP) officials, stressing poor negotiation and tactical intervention skills of the responding lawmen.
在周四，参议院针对人质解救的失败，举办了联合听证会。议员们盘问菲律宾国家警察署，强调了失败的谈判，以及执法人员不足的战术技巧。

Speaking for the PNP, Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jesse Robredo explained that the Ombudsman had already sent a letter to Mendoza promising to review his case. However instead of being pleased with the letter, Mendoza became agitated.
DILG（内务事务部？）的部长 Jesse Robredo解释道说他们给了绑匪一封信，答应他会重新审查他的案子。但这个封信反而刺激了绑匪。（真实情况貌似是，之前的信是答应重新审理，但后来又给绑匪消息说拒绝了）

"A lot of effort was (made) to comply with the demands of the hostage-taker," Robredo added.

PNP bungled it
菲律宾国家警察署贻误战机

Robredo admitted the PNP "bungled the situation" when it failed to prevent a bloodbath.
"They could have done better," said Robredo, adding that the "PNP that was carried over to this administration was not yet the PNP that this administration wants to have."
部长Robredo承认，菲律宾国家警察署贻误了最佳时机。“他们本应该做的更好”，部长说，“（太绕了，没懂）”

The PNP is an attached agency under the DILG.
菲律宾国家警察署是内务事务部下面的一个机构。

The PNP is currently headed by Director General Jesus Verzosa, appointed by former President and incumbent Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
菲律宾国家警察署目前由前总统、现任（？？？）的Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo任命的Jesus Verzosa局长掌管。

Verzosa was among the few Arroyo appointees who retained their posts despite the change in the administration.

MPD’s Chief Supt. Magtibay admitted he relied too much on the skills of his Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team, which launched the assault on the hostage-taker after negotiations broke down Monday evening.

"Before the assault, I was made to believe they were trained earlier. I believed the SWAT can handle the situation," he said.

According to him, throughout the hostage drama, the SAF did nothing but stood by in their positions "in the vicinity."

Magtibay clarified that the MPD was equipped with enough gas masks for its entire police force, but failed to use them when the SWAT team launched an assault, broke into the bus, and hurled a tear gas canister.

He and three other SWAT team leaders were placed under administrative relief for the hostage crisis.

Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri asked why the PNP made an assault when they were ill-equipped.
参议员Juan Miguel Zubiri问道为什么菲律宾国家警察署装备不全的时候仍然要进攻。

He said the police lacked ladders, flash bombs, and gas masks when they approached and tried to pry open the bus. "What was going through your mind? You had time to study the bus," he said.

He also asked why the PNP did not call other SAF members, who were considered by the PNP to be the experts in handling such situations.

"I would have thought that you would have used your best and the brightest," said Zubiri.

啧 啧.也就跟人家比比人口,比比领土面积也就完了.

自打今年上了班,这是第2篇.我发现我好久没写,竟然还有人来访问..感谢你们.

标题没写错,秋天确实来了,特别是我昨天从地铁里一出来,突然觉得这他妈哪是春天啊,明显秋天又来了.

2010年我的愿望就是减少计算机和网络使用时间.其他的一如既往就好.

我完全不能同意曹女士的说法.

首先我对广电总局的业务能力表示怀疑态度,从07年您们就开始对盗版和色情节目网站进行清理工作,时值今日如您所说仍屡禁不止,请您自己找找原因,如果找不到的话,请电信的同志协助您找找原因,我相信在2012年世界末日前,你们一定能有所收获的.

其次,您说网站大量传播盗版节目会严重影响整个行业发展,我不知道您所说的行业是什么行业?我也不明白您所涉及到的整个产业链又是什么?我姑且以为您所说的行业是影视行业,但我很不明白的一点是,BT下载上众多的影视作品,不正是你们影视专业人士学习的现实教材嘛,你们为什么要禁止大家学习呢?我突然明白为什么您认为这些外来的影视作品会严重影响我国影视行业了,试想如果整天可以有精彩的美剧欣赏,谁又会坐在电视机前看千篇一律的抗日题材国产连续剧呢?但如果是因为这个原因,我想您多虑了,就是您把中国互联网改成朝鲜那样,我也仍然不会去电影院里看小模型被水冲的到处跑的我国所谓的科幻大片.当然我知道您从来不使用BT下载,因为BT下载上鲜有国内的影视作品,究其原因请您问问我国影视作品制作单位.

另外我非常不赞同,你说许多网站大量传播盗版节目对节目制作源头伤害最深.我不理解这些伤害在哪里?我到认为这是一个竞争.您不能说因为网上播盗版的柯南动画就对我们国家的动作制作单位有特别大的伤害吧,据我所知喜羊羊系列现在异常火爆,究其原因还是制作水平高,如果自己粗制滥造没人欣赏,就把原因归罪于网站上的盗版节目众多,我想这有点说不过去.

还有但不是最后,您认为这些网站不希望走正路嘛?但你们过高的许可证准入制度,打消了所有的激情.请你们深思.

最后,您是否从政治和公共安全角度思考过封杀BT的举动呢..这么多优秀青年,天天在家守着计算机,享受着美剧和其他影视作品给大家带来的无数欢乐.您非要横加一道,让我们这些有思想有道德的青年忘却这些东西,而去寻找其他的快乐,这不是给社会增加不稳定因素嘛..眼瞅着过年了,这个举动有点不懂事,业绩不是这样追的.
